About Me
Hello there! I’m Coby, an aspiring Technical Designer and Technical Artist. I was born in Australia and, since graduating high school, I have worked in Canada twice, studied abroad in the United Kingdom, and travelled to over 20 Countries. I have a passion for games, books, and movies. I also love roller coasters, travelling, snowboarding, and camping.

I recently graduated from the Queensland University of Technology, with a Bachelor of Games & Interactive Environments. I majored in Game Design, and minored in Creative Writing and Scriptwriting for Interactive Environments. I am also currently completing my second year of a Bachelor of Animation at Griffith University, with a major in 3D Art.

I’m proficient with multiple 3D techniques and Pipelines, including subdivision modelling, form forward modelling, and sculpting. Like most students, I was taught how to 3D model in Maya. I now primarily use Blender, but I have the ability to work nimbly across most 2D and 3D programs and tools such as ZBrush, Plasticity, Houdini, Substance Suite, and RealityCapture.

I have experience across multiple game engines, including GameMaker, GDevelop, and Unity. I am most comfortable with Unreal Engine, which is where I make most of my personal Projects. I am also proficient with Articy:Draft, a narrative design software. Using Articy and Unity, I designed and implemented narrative systems on an unannounced game from Spiral Circus.
